Skin Cancers: (Malignant Lesions)

A potentially fatal but rare, secondary change from venous ulcer to skin cancers.The most common are  squamous and basal cell cancers. Even malignant melanoma has been reported . The average duration of an ulcer to become a tumour growth is 21 years.
